Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using 876abc. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out below.
876abc strictly enforces an 18-years-and-over requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds returned after verification.
All 876abc accounts operate in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in BDT with no hidden currency conversion charges.
All games use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. 876abc does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to verifiably fair results on every title.
Each player may hold only one active 876abc account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with balances frozen pending investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to clear wagering requirements that are published at the time of the offer. 876abc does not apply undisclosed conditions to bonus funds after they have been credited.

Definitions & Interpretation
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to open and maintain an active 876abc account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
- You are registering a single account in your own true legal name. Registering under a false identity, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 876abc or had an account closed by 876abc for breach of these Terms.
- You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional agent, syndicate operator, or on behalf of any commercial organisation.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, or agent of 876abc or any of its affiliates, technology providers, or game studios listed on the Platform.
876abc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 876abc's compliance team will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited and the deposited principal returned via the original payment method where possible.
Account Registration & Verification
Each eligible individual may hold one and only one active 876abc account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered to your identity in Bangladesh. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
876abc operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. At any point — including but not limited to account opening, first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity — 876abc may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
- Proof of payment method: Confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name.
- Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your ID document, as required by 876abc's compliance team.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. 876abc will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify 876abc's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 876abc accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 876abc are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 876abc supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash and Nagad.
- Deposits are credited to your 876abc balance within minutes of successful mobile wallet confirmation.
- 876abc does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own service charges.
- You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- 876abc reserves the right to return deposits made via unverified or mismatched payment methods.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours.
- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit and verified as belonging to you.
- KYC verification must be fully complete before any withdrawal request is processed.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are not directly withdrawable until those requirements are satisfied.
876abc applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures to all financial activity on the Platform. Where a transaction triggers an AML review, 876abc may delay processing pending additional documentation. Players are obliged to cooperate fully with any such review. 876abc will report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities as required under applicable international compliance frameworks.
Bonuses & Promotions
876abc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
The following general conditions apply to all 876abc bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time of the offer.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire and are forfeited if the requirement is not met within that period.
- 876abc reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun meeting wagering requirements will be treated fairly in such circumstances.
- Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
- 876abc reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player obtained a bonus through misrepresentation, technical exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
Betting & Gaming Rules
876abc offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, Lucky Dice, Super Bingo, and other gaming products. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible from within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply across all wagering activity on 876abc:
- Bets are final once confirmed. 876abc does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in specific circumstances outlined in the sport-specific or game-specific rules (for example, an event cancellation or abandonment).
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game, market, or player account tier.
- In the event of a technical error affecting a game or betting market — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunction, or platform outage — 876abc reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' balances.
- Cricket betting on 876abc covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. Settlement rules for each market type are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the Platform.
- Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at 876abc's discretion.
- Winnings from all games and betting markets are credited to your BDT account balance immediately upon settlement. There is no separate wallet for sports and casino winnings.
- 876abc uses certified RNG technology for all virtual and casino games. The outcome of every spin, card draw, or dice roll is independently random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party.
Responsible Gaming
876abc is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the Platform. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling is causing financial stress, relationship difficulties, or emotional harm, Players are strongly encouraged to use the self-management tools available on 876abc or to seek independent support. All responsible gaming features are accessible directly from your account dashboard — no support ticket is required.
Available Self-Management Tools
- Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
- Session time limits: Automatic alerts and session termination after a specified duration.
- Cool-off periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: Longer-term account closure for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Reality checks: On-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net position at regular intervals.
Important Provisions
- Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the chosen exclusion period. Requests to lift exclusion early will not be processed.
- 876abc will not send promotional communications to Players who are self-excluded.
- Players who feel they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact our support team or visit the Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance and external support resources.
876abc reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account — including mandatory deposit limits or temporary suspension — where internal monitoring identifies patterns of play that suggest a Player may be experiencing harm. This is a welfare measure and does not constitute a penalty.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification, including false name, age, address, or payment method details.
- Multiple account creation: Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device — whether or not the intent is to claim multiple bonuses.
- Third-party payment: Depositing funds from a payment method not registered in your own name, or receiving winnings into an account belonging to another person.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game format available on the Platform.
- Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic low-risk hedging, pattern wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, or exploiting a technical bug or pricing error in a market.
- Money laundering: Using 876abc for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, screen-scraping tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider after wagering deposited funds on 876abc.
Account Suspension & Closure
876abc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity connected to the account.
- A successful self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
- The account holder being identified as a Prohibited Player under the definitions in Section 1.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, 876abc reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated following investigation, the verified real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 876abc's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal holds are cleared.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 876abc's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
876abc specifically excludes liability for the following:
- Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or reputational damage arising from use of the Platform.
- Platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, Force Majeure events, third-party service failures, or internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
- Errors in game outcome display caused by the Player's own device, browser, or network connection where the Platform's server-side records confirm the correct outcome.
- Unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
- Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on any information provided on the Platform that is not intended as professional financial, legal, or gambling advice.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 876abc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
876abc reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — will be communicated to registered Players via a notice displayed upon their next login to the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the new Terms take effect.
Non-material changes (such as grammatical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates to reflect changes in 876abc's game library) may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a change is made.
Your continued use of 876abc following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 9 before the new Terms take effect.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 876abc holds its international gaming authorisation. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request by contacting [email protected].
In the event of a dispute between a Player and 876abc, the following resolution process applies:
- Step 1 — Direct support contact: The Player contacts 876abc's support team via live chat or email ([email protected]) and describes the dispute in detail. The support team will attempt to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Formal complaint: If the matter is not resolved at Step 1, the Player may submit a formal written complaint to 876abc's compliance team at the same email address, marked as "Formal Complaint". A written response will be provided within 14 business days.
- Step 3 — Escalation: If the Player remains unsatisfied following Step 2, the matter may be escalated to 876abc's licensed dispute resolution provider, whose details will be provided in the Step 2 response letter.
Players agree that, before pursuing any formal or legal action, they will exhaust the internal dispute resolution process described above. This process does not limit any statutory rights a Player may hold under applicable consumer protection law.
